- In April of 2011, Valent BioSciences Corporation announced the construction of a new $150 million biorational manufacturing facility in Osage, Iowa. Scheduled for completion in 2014, the new 130,000 square-foot facility is the first-ever plant designed and dedicated entirely to the manufacturing of biorational products. The electrical and instrumentation work is being executed by a joint effort between IES Nebraska and Greenville, South Carolina, operations.
